The real estate business is where the American dream is alive and well! Being able to meet, get to know and help people is what the business is all about. I have always been called to helping others, and for over 20 years the real estate business has allowed my personality to come through as I develop relationships with my clients.
Building a relationship of trust with my clients is always my top priority. Transactions go smoothly when my clients know I will use my expertise and experience for their best interest. Buying any property, especially your personal home, can be a stressful process. Acting as the guide, counselor, educator, and friend during the process puts my clients at ease.
Outside of real estate, you will find me enjoying the place I have called home for my entire adult life. I’m active with my church, St. Luke’s Episcopal, Kearney Area Habitat for Humanity, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Meals on Wheels and Motor Assist with the State Patrol. I also enjoy a good round of golf. I have played golf all my life and still love to chase the little white ball around the course. My wife and I are big music fans, especially fans of Blues music. We will travel across the area and Midwest to see live music. We are blessed to have so many local musicians and music venues to attend locally.
If you have seen me lately, you can tell that I was a late child of the 60’s and mostly the 70’s and have let my long hair return as a part of my appearance. I have done this mostly as a reminder to myself that even though the body isn’t in the same shape as those times, at least the mind is still trying to convince the body I’m a kid at heart.
